Accounts Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

- Process customer invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

- Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.

- Perform bank reconciliations and manage day-to-day banking activities.

- Maintain petty cash and ensure timely settlement and proper documentation.

- Ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- Partly qualified in AAT / CIMA / ACCA / CA or an equivalent qualification.

- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience.

- Experience in an import and distribution company will be an added advantage.

- Sound knowledge of accounting standards and related accounting practices.

- Proficiency in Odoo ERP 19 will be an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to work with minimum supervision and perform effectively under pressure.
