We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to manage daily accounting and administrative tasks. The candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, handling invoices and payments, preparing reports, and supporting overall office accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain daily accounting records and data entry
* Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment documents
* Handle bank deposits, receipts, and petty cash
* Assist in payroll and account reconciliations
* Maintain proper filing of financial documents
* Coordinate with management, suppliers, and clients regarding accounts matters
Requirements:
* Experience in accounting or administrative work preferred
* Basic knowledge of accounting procedures and bookkeeping
* Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
* Good organizational and communication skills
