Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate accounting records for sales, purchases, income, and expenses
Perform data entry related to financial transactions and customer accounts
Handle bank-related activities including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
Manage daily cash balancing and financial reconciliations
Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and financial reports
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and banks regarding payments and accounts
Support basic financial reporting and management requirements
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in accounting or finance will be a strong advantage
