PNK Engineering and Consultancy is expanding! We are looking for dynamic, detail-oriented professionals to join our team for the following positions:
1. ACCOUNTANT
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounts, financial statements, tax filings (VAT/SSCL), and payroll.
Requirements: Diploma in Finance/Accounting or part qualification in HND /ICASL / ACCA / CIMA/ AAT. 2–3 years of experience (Engineering/Construction sector experience is a plus).
2. QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)
Key Responsibilities: Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, material take-offs, and manage subcontractor payments & variations.
Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying. Minimum 2 years of field experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

1. ගණකාධිකාරී (Accountant)
වගකීම්: දෛනික මූල්ය කටයුතු කළමනාකරණය, මූල්ය ප්රකාශන සකස් කිරීම, බදු වාර්තා (VAT/SSCL) සහ වැටුප් ලේඛන කටයුතු.
සුදුසුකම්: මූල්ය හෝ ගිණුම්කරණය පිළිබඳ ඩිප්ලෝමාවක් හෝ ICASL / ACCA / CIMA අර්ධ සුදුසුකම්. වසර 2-3ක සේවා පළපුරුද්ද (ඉදිකිරීම් ක්ෂේත්රයේ පළපුරුද්ද අතිරේක සුදුසුකමකි).
2. ප්රමාණ සමීක්ෂක (Quantity Surveyor - QS)
වගකීම්: BOQ සකස් කිරීම, පිරිවැය ඇස්තමේන්තු කිරීම, ද්රව්ය ප්රමාණ ගණනය කිරීම සහ උප කොන්ත්රාත්කරුවන්ගේ ගෙවීම් කළමනාකරණය.
සුදුසුකම්: ප්රමාණ සමීක්ෂණය පිළිබඳ ඩිප්ලෝමාවක්. ක්ෂේත්රයේ වසර 2ක අවම පළපුරුද්ද. AutoCAD සහ MS Excel පිළිබඳ දැනුම.
