We are hiring a Finance & Administration Officer for our operations in the Southern Province.
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable person who can take responsibility for the day-to-day financial and administrative organization of our group companies.
Main responsibilities include:
* Managing petty cash, cash advances and expense vouchers
* Collecting and checking invoices and supporting documents
* Recording expenses and maintaining accurate financial records
* Following up on missing invoices and cash balances
* Maintaining stock records and performing stock reconciliations
* Organizing physical and digital accounting files
* Maintaining company documents, contracts and administrative records
* Organizing documents by company and financial year
* Coordinating documentation with accountants, auditors and lawyers
* Following up with management when documents or signatures are required
* Supporting bookkeeping and data entry in our accounting/ERP systems
This is a hands-on operational role. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating organized systems and making sure that every expense, invoice, document and stock movement is properly recorded and filed.
Ideal profile:
* Previous experience in Accounting, Finance or Administration
* AAT / CA studies or Accounting/Finance degree is an advantage
* Good Excel and computer skills
* Experience with accounting or ERP software is an advantage
* Good written and spoken English
* Very organized, accurate and trustworthy
* Comfortable working independently and following up with different departments

💰 Salary: LKR 90,000–120,000 per month depending on experience
