Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate accounting records and books of accounts
• Handle daily cash, sales, and expense records
• Assist in preparing monthly accounts and financial reports
• Manage bank transactions and reconciliations
• Handle invoices, payments, and supplier accounts
• Assist with statutory payments and documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Basic knowledge in accounting principles
• Ability to use accounting software and MS Excel
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• School leavers with accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply
