Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and documents
Handle invoices, receipts, and payment records
Assist with bank reconciliations and account balances
Prepare reports and support financial documentation
Assist with office administration duties
Maintain proper filing systems and records
Requirements
Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) in Commerce Stream
Basic accounting knowledge
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work responsibly and independently
Previous experience or accounting software knowledge will be an advantage
Knowledge of Canva will be an added advantage
