Account Assistant in Negombo

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Production Assistant to support our factory operations. The candidate will assist in accounting, production data recording, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily production data from factory operations

Maintain raw material and finished goods stock records

Update production and inventory reports in Excel

Record factory purchases, expenses, and supplier invoices

Maintain proper documentation for production batches

Assist management with production cost tracking

Coordinate with production team to ensure accurate stock balance

Requirements

AAT / Accounting qualification or similar field

Good knowledge of Excel and basic accounting

Ability to collect and organize production data daily

Attention to detail and good organizational skills

Experience in factory or manufacturing environment is an advantage

Salary

LKR 50,000 – 70,000 (depending on experience)
