Key Responsibilities:
* Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
* Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records
* Manage Supplier account and petty cash
* Maintain financial records and documentation
* Handle office administration and coordinate day-to-day operations
* Respond to emails and phone inquiries professionally
* Maintain filing systems and office supplies
* Support management with administrative tasks
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (Xero)
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Good command of English and Sinhala
