💼 POSITION : Workshop Manager

💠 REQUIREMENTS : | # 💠 CANDIDATE PROFILE :

【~】✪ BSc Degree in Automobile Engineering / NDT / HNDA or equivalent qualification.

【~】✪ Candidates with full-time training at CGTTI / Japan Tech, plus a Degree or Diploma in Business Management are also encouraged.

【~】✪ Minimum 10 years’ experience in a reputed automobile workshop.

【~】✪ Experience with an internationally recognized automobile brand agent is highly preferred.

【~】✪ Strong knowledge of workshop operations, vehicle repairs, and maintenance processes.

【~】✪ Excellent people management and leadership skills.

【~】✪ Sound knowledge of English (written and spoken).

【~】✪ Strong report writing and documentation skills.

【~】✪ Ability to manage teams, meet targets, and maintain service quality standards.

【~】✪ Age between 35 – 40 years.

【~】✪ Preference for candidates residing in and around Colombo and suburbs.

【~】✪ Highly motivated and experienced automotive workshop professional.

【~】✪ Proactive in overseeing vehicle service and repair operations.

【~】✪ Strong leadership with the ability to manage teams and ensure high service standards.

【~】✪ Detail-oriented with excellent communication and documentation skills.
