【~】✪ Age between 35 - 45 years.

【~】✪ Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Sales or equivalent professional qualifications.

【~】✪ 15 - 20 years of professional and industry experience with a minimum of 10 years proven success in a management role (preferably in the automotive industry).

【~】✪ Experience in an Asian mass market automotive brand.

【~】✪ Must be a permanent resident in Colombo and suburbs.

【~】✪ Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement long-term strategies.

【~】✪ Proven leadership skills to guide, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.

【~】✪ Marketing acumen to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

【~】✪ Expertise in sales and revenue management.
