ใ~ใโช Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
ใ~ใโช Age below 45 years.
ใ~ใโช Strong knowledge of parts with proven hands-on experience.
ใ~ใโช Degree/Higher Diploma required (Masterโs Degree is an added advantage).
ใ~ใโช Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala & English.
ใ~ใโช Ability to work under pressure, with high personal discipline and honesty.
ใ~ใโช Must possess a valid driving license.

ใ~ใโช Achieve annual and monthly Parts sales and profitability targets.
ใ~ใโช Drive market penetration and expansion across all locations.
ใ~ใโช Build and grow the customer base (dealers, resellers, large workshop accounts).
ใ~ใโช Develop strong, long-term partnerships with key customers.
ใ~ใโช Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Sales Supervisors and Field Sales Executives.
ใ~ใโช Conduct field visits to ensure sales standards and compliance.
ใ~ใโช Monitor sales KPIs, analyze performance trends, and implement corrective actions.
ใ~ใโช Support budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis activities.
ใ~ใโช Collaborate with product, finance, operations, and supply chain teams.
