WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our warehouse

operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in inventory management, shipping, and

receiving. You will lead a team of warehouse staff and collaborate closely with other

departments to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.

• Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and safety.

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.

• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize supply chain operations. Prepare reports

on warehouse performance and inventory metrics.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
