Operations Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our company's daily operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at strategic planning, team management, and operational efficiency to ensure smooth and productive business functions.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including overseeing staff, coordinating with different departments, and
ensuring the effective use of resources.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement
corrective actions.
• Collaborate with senior management to set goals, create budgets, and develop long-term strategies for
business growth.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Resolve operational issues and conflicts as they arise, maintaining a focus on problem-solving and
continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an operations Manager or similar role, with at least 03 years in a managerial
position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and experience with ERP systems or other manage
ment tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
