Trainee Barista

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation: Learning to extract espresso, steam milk to proper temperatures, and create latte art.

Washing, chopping, and pressing produce for juices and smoothies.

Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering menu questions, and providing friendly service.

Operational Tasks: Operating the POS system for payments, taking orders, and managing inventory/stock.

Cleanliness & Safety: Maintaining a clean bar area, cleaning equipment (espresso machine), and following health and safety regulations.

Team Support: Supporting senior baristas during high-demand rushes and collaborating with the team.
