Key Responsibilities & Duties
Beverage Preparation: Skillfully craft espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccinos), teas, and cold beverages according to recipes and brand standards.
Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on menu items with a friendly demeanor.
Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
Operations & POS: Process payments using a point-of-sale system, handle cash, and manage inventory/stock replenishment.
Menu Knowledge: Educate customers on coffee blends, brewing methods, and ingredient options.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: Prior experience in coffee service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not always required.
Technical Skills: Ability to operate and troubleshoot coffee equipment (grinders, brewers).
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration and customer interaction.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds.
Efficiency: Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays is typically required.
