Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation: Assisting with preparing, seasoning, and cooking ingredients and basic dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
Kitchen Maintenance: Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet food hygiene standards (e.g., keeping a 5* rating).
Support Roles: Assisting chefs with plating dishes, organizing inventory, and receiving deliveries.
Learning & Development: Actively learning different cooking techniques, recipes, and menu specifications.
Stock Management: Assisting with stock rotation and checking the quality of ingredients.
We will fulfill the training requirements to get the professional qualifications such as NVQ Level 4, Hotel Management and Kitchen operation.
