🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods (dry, chilled, and frozen)

• Maintain accurate stock records and daily logs

• Conduct regular stock counts and report variances

• Ensure FIFO method, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed

• Coordinate with the purchasing and kitchen teams for requisitions and restocking

• Monitor expiry dates and report slow-moving or expired items

✅ Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant storekeeping role

• Familiar with food safety and HACCP standards

• Computer literacy (Excel & basic stock software)

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Honest, punctual, and able to work under pressure
