๐ง Key Responsibilities:
โข Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods (dry, chilled, and frozen)
โข Maintain accurate stock records and daily logs
โข Conduct regular stock counts and report variances
โข Ensure FIFO method, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed
โข Coordinate with the purchasing and kitchen teams for requisitions and restocking
โข Monitor expiry dates and report slow-moving or expired items

Qualifications & Skills:
โข Minimum 1โ2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant storekeeping role
โข Familiar with food safety and HACCP standards
โข Computer literacy (Excel & basic stock software)
โข Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
โข Honest, punctual, and able to work under pressure
