We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented female Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Colombo.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers warmly and professionally.
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized service and product knowledge.
• Provide expert guidance on product selection,
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in showroom events and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Passion for customer service and exceeding expectations.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A professional and polished demeanor.
