* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.

* Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant product or service information.

* Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.

* Upsell or cross-sell products and services to maximize revenue.

* Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and promotions.

Address customer inquiries with detailed and accurate information about the product or service.

* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports.

* Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing or operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.

* Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.

• Previous sales experience

• Minimum GCE A/L

• Excellent communication skills (Sinhala, English)

• Self-motivated and highly organized

• Able to brainstorm and create new approaches to selling

• Work in a deadline based environment

• Have a proactive approach in customer service

• Work in a team based environment

• Knowledge in Computer

• Below 35 years of age

The individual will be required to attend walk-in customers and phone enquiries.
