Job Vacancy – Showroom Manager (Bathware)

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to manage our bathware showroom located near Karapitiya. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the showroom.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations

• Handle sales activities and customer relations

• Oversee purchasing, pricing, and stock management

• Ensure proper display and presentation of products

• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records

• Coordinate with suppliers and management

Requirements:

• Good understanding of sales, purchasing, pricing, and inventory control

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

• Basic computer literacy

• Prior experience in bathware or related product sales will be an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic salary of LKR 80,000

• There is a no limit for maximum as sales goes up your commission can go up.

• 10% commission from net profit

• Training will be provided for the right candidate
