We Are Hiring: General Manager (Final Construction Stage)

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join our project at the final stage of construction and furnishing.

This is a key role for someone who can take responsibility for coordinating finishing works and preparing the property for launch and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall project coordination at the final construction stage

• Supervision of furnishing, interiors, and equipment installation

• Coordination with contractors, suppliers, and designers

• Quality control and adherence to timelines

• Preparation of the project for operational launch

• Reporting to owners / stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, hospitality, or real estate

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple contractors and suppliers

• Attention to detail and responsibility

• English language proficiency (spoken and written)

• Experience in Sri Lanka is an advantage
