ใ~ใโช Full qualifications in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
ใ~ใโช Minimum of 4-5 years of direct experience in internal auditing.
ใ~ใโช A deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including CBSL regulations and FIU guidelines for Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFIs).
ใ~ใโช Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
ใ~ใโช Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
ใ~ใโช Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of management.

ใ~ใโช Oversee the annual internal audit program, ensuring comprehensive coverage of selected areas, while adhering to set timelines and audit frequencies.
ใ~ใโช Collaborate in the development of the annual audit plan, prepare Audit Committee reports, and contribute to setting internal procedures.
ใ~ใโช Conduct process reviews, special assignments, and review the Manual of Procedures as required.
ใ~ใโช Lead quarterly compliance audits and ensure the effective functioning of the compliance department.
ใ~ใโช Supervise, mentor, and guide audit staff, ensuring high standards of performance and professionalism.
ใ~ใโช Produce clear, concise, and actionable audit reports with well-founded recommendations for improvements.
ใ~ใโช Identify control weaknesses, assess risks, and provide practical and economical solutions.
ใ~ใโช Engage with senior management during audits to discuss findings and work collaboratively toward corrective action.
ใ~ใโช Conduct follow-up audits to monitor the implementation of recommendations.
ใ~ใโช Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and the internal audit team.
