ใ~ใโชAct as the unit head of Talent Management unit at HR department.
ใ~ใโชLead the design and execution of talent management strategies including talent acquisition and development.
ใ~ใโชResponsible for developing the annual training calendar by identifying and collating training needs from mid-year and year end appraisal process.
ใ~ใโชDevelop, organize and host the company induction program for newcomers.
Responsible for the company management trainee development program.
ใ~ใโชBe in-charge of the eLearning platform of the company - CF Digital Learning Hub, with the processes of adding new users, maintaining MIS, developing learning modules etc.
Skills and Qualifications
ใ~ใโชA Bachelor's degree and/or professional qualification in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field. An MBA will be considered a strong asset.
ใ~ใโช A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources within reputable organizations, with at least 4 years in a managerial or assistant managerial capacity.
Proficiency in both Sinhala and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Tamil is considered an advantage.
ใ~ใโชProven ability to be an inspirational team player with strong leadership and administrative capabilities.
ใ~ใโชExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
ใ~ใโชStrong organizational abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.

ใ~ใโช Responsible for the talent management and succession planning activities of the organization and ensuring that the top talent is recognized and appropriate retention measures, including additional development opportunities, are in place for them.
ใ~ใโชAnalyze and report on talent metrics to inform decision-making to the GM - HR.
ใ~ใโชActively engage with the business heads to identify specific training requirements of the
department/unit and provide sustainable training interventions, using a gap analysis to cater to the said requirement.
