Senior Call Center Officer

Leading company in Colombo is looking for candidates to fill positions of Senior Call Center Executives.

Requirements:

• G.C.E. (O/L) qualification.

• At least 2 years’ experience in a Call Center.

• Should have excellent communication skills in English and Tamil. Hindi

language skills will be an added advantage.

• Should be based in Colombo District and Suburbs.

• Ability to achieve monthly sales targets and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term

satisfaction.

• Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance

business opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain internal records.

• Achieve individual and team targets within set timelines.

Benefit’s:

• Basic Salary 60,000-85,000 depending on qualifications and experience

• Basic Salary + Lucrative Incentive + Attendance bonus

• Working hours 10.30AM to 7.30PM
