We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our client, a global leader in food processing and packaging solutions, as a Service Sales Officer (SAR)
Our customer office is located at Nawam Mawatta, Colombo 02.
Salary: LKR 100,000 to 120,000.
Work hours: 5 days per a week from 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Job Title: Service Sales Officer (SAR)
Position Overview:
As a Service Sales officer you are expected to understand customer needs, provide tailored service solutions, and build strong relationships to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead administration of sales opportunities based on customer information,
• Lead customer enquiries, respond and channel it into the organization including technical sales.
• Play a key role in providing input to the preparation of the sales strategy.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships from an operational perspective and transactions sales through structured communication.
• Participate in preparation of service contract execution and confirm resources for delivery of services and service delivery control.
• Procurement activities.
Skills and Qualifications required:
• 3 to 4 years of leadership experience in sales, administration and procurement knowledge.
• Strong productivity & continuous improvement focus.
• Demonstrated exceptional Customer Service skills.
• Advance Excel Skills.
• Proven record of process implementation, discipline and organizational agility.
• Strong continuous improvement focus.
• Demonstrated Leadership Elements: Change, Collaborate and Perform.
• University Degree (Bachelor in technical / business disciplines) or equivalent.
