Our customer is a leading Insurance company in Sri Lanka. They are looking to expand their operations & looking for Assistant Sales Manager

Our customer office is located at Negombo

Starting Salary – LKR 21,000 + Sales Incentive

*Work hours are - Monday to Friday 8 hours per day

Position Overview

Responsibilities for this role include managing sales team for selling Life Insurance Policies

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage sales team

Achieving team sales target

Our customer’s future employees will need to possess the following qualities:

Experience with Life insurance policies preferred.

Passed O/L with "S" Pass for Mathematics

Experience in managing a team

Target oriented

Energetic, dynamic, and motivated young professional.

Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Computer literacy - Word/Excel/Power point
