We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage tenders and projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in securing contracts, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets by managing the end-to-end tendering process.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and evaluate tender opportunities and project leads.
● Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs for tenders.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
● Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in projects and tenders.
● Maintain a thorough understanding of the market, competitors, and client needs.
● Meet sales targets and provide regular reports on tender progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in tenders and projects.
● Strong understanding of the tendering process and contract management.
● Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
