💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Minimum 2 years' experience in automobile sales or a customer-focused sales environment.

【~】✪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.

【~】✪ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

【~】✪ Target-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales goals.

【~】✪ Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.

【~】✪ Ability to work independently and under pressure.

【~】✪ Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools will be an added advantage.

【~】✪ Professional qualification in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.

【~】✪ Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives professionally.

【~】✪ Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads through effective sales techniques.

【~】✪ Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

【~】✪ Coordinate with finance and other internal departments to ensure smooth sales processes.

【~】✪ Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.

【~】✪ Participate in showroom events, outdoor promotions, exhibitions, and brand activations.

【~】✪ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.

【~】✪ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
