Roles & Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances
-Promote products and explain features and benefits clearly
-Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
-Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience
Requirements:
-Good communication skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil is an added advantage
-Strong customer service mindset with a helpful attitude
-Genuine interest in perfumes and fragrance products
-Basic sales experience or willingness to learn and grow
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
