We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Showroom Sales Assistant to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing sales team, and deliver outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership abilities, retail or showroom experience, and a strong passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily showroom operations and staff supervision
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
Manage inventory, displays, and ensure the showroom is always presentation-ready
Interviews on weekdays 11am to 4pm at Wimaladharma & Sons - Col 05 branch
