Sales Executive – Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive – AMC to join our Central AC Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential customers for AMC contracts.
• Generate new AMC opportunities from Government, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
• Submit/Follow up and Negotiate AMC proposals and quotations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up and collect AMC services & Repair Payments.
Candidate Profile
• G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum one year of experience in sales.
• Knowledge of HVAC/Air Conditioning systems will be an advantage.
• Strong customer relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• A valid driving license will be an added advantage.
