Senior Marketing Executive │Assistant Manager │Manager – Dealer Sales
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, expand, and manage the island-wide dealer network.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and onboard new dealers while maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers.
• Plan and execute dealer promotions, sales campaigns, and business development initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, stock availability, and deliveries.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development plans.
• Monitor dealer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and strengthen the company’s market presence through the dealer network.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in dealer sales, preferably in the IT, office automation, or related industry.
• Willingness to travel island-wide as required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented with strong numerical, analytical, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and achieve challenging sales targets.
• Strong planning, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of sales processes, dealer management, and market development.
• Knowledge of Tamil will be a definite advantage.
