Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes such as Chinese Fried Rice, Nasi Goreng, Mee Goreng, noodles, pasta, and broasted chicken with fries.
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
Ensure efficient use of ingredients while minimizing waste.
Handle wok and kitchen equipment skillfully.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Collaborate with the team to manage food preparation during peak hours.
Monitor and restock inventory as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef in a similar setting (street food stalls, restaurants, or cafés).
Expertise in preparing wok-cooked dishes and fried rice.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and time management skills.
Creativity in enhancing menu items and plating.
