Overseeing the daily production
The ability to ensure 100% quality in finished goods.
Willingness to replenish professional knowledge.
In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition.
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
