🚨 IMMEDIATE VACANCY – RECOVERY SPECIALIST

Cashray is expanding its Recovery Division and is looking for a skilled, motivated, and target-driven Recovery Specialist to manage daily collection activities and ensure timely follow-up of outstanding accounts.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily recovery calls, follow-ups, and customer negotiations.
- Manage overdue accounts and drive effective collections.
- Identify delinquent customers and take appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, promises to pay (PTP), and settlements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical recovery practices.
- Support team leaders by sharing insights and field updates.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
🔹 Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in debt recovery, credit collections, or call-center collections.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
- Good understanding of basic credit and recovery procedures.
- Familiarity with CRM/collection systems and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to achieving results.
