Cashray is expanding its Recovery Division and is looking for a skilled, motivated, and target-driven Recovery Specialist to manage daily collection activities and ensure timely follow-up of outstanding accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily recovery calls, follow-ups, and customer negotiations.
Manage overdue accounts and drive effective collections.
Identify delinquent customers and take appropriate action.
Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, promises to pay (PTP), and settlements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical recovery practices.
Support team leaders by sharing insights and field updates.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in debt recovery, credit collections, or call-center collections.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an advantage).
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
Good understanding of basic credit and recovery procedures.
Familiarity with CRM/collection systems and MS Office.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to achieving results.
