🔥 What You’ll Do:
Take ownership of daily recovery targets and achieve them consistently
Make high-volume recovery calls and manage overdue accounts
Negotiate firmly and professionally with customers to collect payments
Secure settlements and commitments to pay (PTP)
Maintain accurate records of recoveries and follow-ups
Follow company policies while practicing ethical collections
Collaborate with teams to maximize recovery results
💼 What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of experience in loan recovery, debt collection, or call center collections
Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills
Fluent in Sinhala and English (Tamil is a plus)
Ability to work under pressure and hit ambitious targets
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office
Highly motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
