ACCOUNTING CLERK/RECEPTIONIST DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handles cash payments and initiates daily reports.
Balances cash at end of day.
Performs all cashiering functions related to customer collections.
Maintains all written procedures for front desk tasks.
Maintains Certificates of Insurance, bills, etc. files.
Handle all reservation systems.
Handling guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Review arrival report daily.
Providing exceptional customer service.
In general, perform any other duties might requested by Assistant Manager or Direction.
ACCOUNTING CLERK/RECEPTIONIST CONDITIONS:
Salary: 60000rs + Bonus + Service charge.
5 working days per week (37.5h).
Meals provided.
Accommodation not provided.
Non-seasonal job.
Possibility of growth in the company as it´s an expanding company.
