**Position Summary:**
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist with excellent computer skills to join our team in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of expenses and orders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Guest Management:**
- Welcome and check in/out guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about services.
- **Payment Processing:**
- Process guest payments accurately.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and prepare daily payment summaries.
- **Administrative Duties:**
- Record daily expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
- Use a computer to document expenses and create orders as required.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to handle payments and work in a fast-paced environment.
