Receptionist (Female)

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Receptionist to join our co-working space team. This is a long-term role suitable for a young, active individual who enjoys interacting with people and maintaining smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Degree in Accounting / Management / Marketing or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).

- Good command of English with strong communication skills.

- Computer literacy (MS Office, email handling, basic administrative tasks).

- Ability to manage front-desk duties and daily operational responsibilities.

- Past experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

- Age 20 – 26 years.

- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Candidates residing around Yakkala, Nittambuwa, and nearby areas will be preferred for convenience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and manage front-desk inquiries.

- Handle phone calls, emails, meeting room bookings, and memberships.

- Maintain a clean and pleasant reception environment.

- Assist in daily operations, billing, and basic administrative work.

- Coordinate with members and ensure smooth functioning of the workspace.
