Quality Surveyor - Colombo

We are looking for a qualified and experienced quality surveyor to join our company.

key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and valuations

2. Monitor project costs and budgets

3. Handle interim payments and final accounts

4. Coordinate with site engineers and contractors

5. Ensure cost control and proper documentation

Qualification

1. Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying

2. Minimum 01 Years of experience preferred

3. Knowledge of construction cost management

4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

5. Experience in the Sri lanka Projectsis an advantage

6. Language skills Tamil and English
