1 Age below 40 years.
2 HND / Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
3 Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
4 Sound knowledge in AutoCAD.
5 Excellent coordination skills.
6 Ability in Tendering & Costing, Preparing BOQ, Rate Breakdown and ETC.
7 Ability to handle multiple tasks and willingness to take responsibilities.
