We are looking for a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team working on premium villa and lifestyle developments along the south coast.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site operations and workers
• Ensure work quality, safety, and project timelines
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitor material usage and report to the project manager
• Maintain daily site logs and progress updates
Requirements:
• Previous experience in villa/construction site supervision (minimum 2 years)
• Good communication skills in English & Sinhala
• Ability to read drawings and handle on-site coordination
• Reliable, organized, and proactive attitude
Work location: Ahangama / Weligama

Salary: Based on experience (LKR 100,000 – 180,000 per month)
