Phone Operator / Call Center Officer (Female)
📝 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
✔️ Take restaurant, takeaway, and catering orders accurately
✔️ Coordinate customer orders with relevant departments
✔️ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively
✔️ Maintain accurate records of orders and customer information
✔️ Follow up on customer requests and special requirements
✔️ Provide information regarding menus, promotions, and services
✔️ Support daily customer service and call center operations
📝 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
✔️ Take restaurant, takeaway, and catering orders accurately
✔️ Manage and process Uber Eats, PickMe Food, and other online delivery platform orders
✔️ Monitor incoming delivery orders and coordinate with kitchen and dispatch teams for timely preparation and delivery
✔️ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively
✔️ Maintain accurate records of orders and customer information
✔️ Follow up on customer requests and special requirements
✔️ Provide information regarding menus, promotions, and services
✔️ Support daily customer service and call center operations
📋 Requirements
✔️ Previous experience handling Uber Eats, PickMe Food, or online food delivery platforms will be a strong advantage
✔️ Previous experience in a Call Center, Phone Operator, Customer Service, Restaurant, or Hospitality environment is preferred
✔️ Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English
✔️ Ability to handle a high volume of customer calls and online orders simultaneously
✔️ Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills
✔️ Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
✔️ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
⭐ Additional Advantages
📱 Experience managing Uber Eats, PickMe Food, and other food delivery applications
🍽️ Knowledge of restaurant and catering operations
💻 Familiarity with POS systems and order management software
🗣️ Ability to communicate in Tamil will be an added advantage
