Responsibilities
• Oversee all operations at facility including cinnamon production, Maintenance, HR and Administration to achieve and maintain highest level of efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and direct cinnamon field and factory staff effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality certification, standards and regulations.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting on production volumes, recording inventory, sales, purchases and expenses.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Prior experience working in the cinnamon or food exporting industry with minimum 10 years' managerial experience in a food manufacturing, spice processing or export environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Operational Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field is an added advantage
• Be highly organized, proactive and energetic with positive attitudes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills and excellent communication skills.
• Retired candidates with extensive industry experience are encouraged to apply.
