Oversees the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive company culture, acting as a crucial link between management and staff to align workforce strategy with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing: Managing the full cycle, from job description creation, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
Policy & Compliance: Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws, and handling legal risks.
Employee Relations: Addressing grievances, mediating disputes, conducting investigations, promoting open communication, and fostering a harmonious environment.
Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, creating development plans, and supporting employee growth.
Training & Development: Organizing learning programs, career development initiatives, and leadership training.
Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, designing competitive salary structures, and managing employee benefits programs.
Strategic Planning: Partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives, managing talent, and forecasting staffing needs.
Culture Building: Championing diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
HR Operations: Maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and managing HR data.
