Key Responsibilities

* Support daily branch operations and ensure a professional office environment.

Requirements

* G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification (Diploma or higher qualification is an added advantage).

* Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage).

* Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and internet).

* Friendly personality with strong customer service skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Previous experience in administration or customer service will be an added advantage.
