Executive Assistant – Noble Horizon (Pvt) Ltd 🇱🇰
Location: Primarily based at the Head Office – Villa Noble Horizon, Kosgoda, with occasional assignments in Colombo or wherever required.

We seek a responsible, discreet, and composed professional who keeps order when others lose track.
Responsibilities include:
• Scheduling, communication, and document management
• Coordination with authorities, partners, and clients
• Hands-on support for ongoing projects
Languages:
Strong English is required; Sinhala or Tamil is essential for dealings with authorities and local partners.

Tools & etiquette:
Confident with Microsoft Office and professional correspondence — not a beginner, not a guru. You’ll learn the Noble Horizon style step by step.
We’re not looking for a shy yes-person who agrees with everything and avoids eye contact — nor someone focused on show over substance.
We value character: someone who thinks ahead and can respectfully push back when something isn’t right.
Workload:
Start part-time (2–3 days per week) with a path to full-time in the near future.
