Key Responsibilities:
*Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
*Maintain office files and document management systems. Coordinate arrangements for all courses.
*Order and maintain office supplies inventory. *
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
*Completion of G.C.E. advanced level; additional education or certification is a plus.
*Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
*Strong organizational and time management skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
*Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
