CARZONE Rental is looking for a reliable and energetic Office Assistant to support our daily operation on 1-year contract basis.

Requirements:

• Male and Female candidate

• Age between 25-35 years

• Having a valid driving license will be an added advantage

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision

• Having good computer knowledge will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Handle general office duties (filing, documentation, record keeping)

• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks

• Coordinate office activities and schedules

• Manage office supplies and maintain proper inventory

• Support staff with clerical and operational needs

• Perform basic data entry and reporting tasks
